Le reseau telephonique commute (RTC) sur cuivre fait l’objet d’un programme de fermeture progressive engage par Orange, sous le controle de l’ARCEP. Cette page a vocation a presenter le calendrier de fermeture commerciale et technique, commune par commune, ainsi que les solutions de substitution.
